Questions:
How does the program work?
After completing the Google Forms, eighth graders will be paired with current Bobcats based on the criteria found in the forms. Eighth graders will arrive at Sage Creek for a brief introduction and welcome, then spend break, 2nd period, 3rd period, and lunch with their Bobcat. Eighth graders can be paired with students from any grade level.
How does this differ from a campus tour?
Campus tours provide statistics about Sage Creek and the programs and classes offered here, whereas Shadowcats gives eighth graders a firsthand experience of these opportunities. It is highly recommended that you attend campus tours and Shadowcats before making your decision on where you will attend high school.
What will students get out of this experience?
Current Bobcats: You have the opportunity to show off Sage Creek to eighth graders and welcome them before they are officially high schoolers!
Future Bobcats: You will experience Sage Creek firsthand before you make your high school selection. You will get to meet the amazing teachers, staff, and students at Sage Creek and see what a day in the life is like.
